Purging and Purifying

God has to clean house in order for the new to come in.  We do not realize how much we are holding on to emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally.  And the stuff we hold on to prevents God from working 100% through us, and prevents us from being free from demonic strongholds.  Think of the things you are holding on to as a blocked artery.  Until the artery is fully unclogged, THE BLOOD can not fully flow through.  I truly believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience.  If we do not release spiritually what is holding us back, we can not be 100% free in God spiritually and physically.

Isaiah 4:4 When the Lord has washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and purged the blood of Jerusalem from her midst, by the spirit of judgment and by the spirit of burning.  Sometimes our purging is not pretty and we sometimes have to get hurt through the purging process, but trust and believe God is right there with you through every step.  Psalm 51:7 Purify me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.  2 Timothy 2:21 Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself, from these things he will be a vessel for honor sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work.  1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.  We are vessels, and in order to operate as holy vessels for God, we must allow Jesus to purge and purify our vessels.  Isaiah 33:6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to our own way, and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
